Biography of Speaker：
Steven Eric Krauss is an Associate Professor in the Department of Professional Development and Continuing Education at the Universiti Putra Malaysia. His areas of expertise focus on Youth Development. His latest research interest centers on the role of interpersonal relations as support for positive youth development.
