Mr. Max S.C. Leung is an Academic Coordinator and Lecturer in the Division of Social Sciences at the Hong Kong Baptist University. His areas of expertise focus on Youth-at-risk and problems of youth; Drugs and drug use; Youth Counselling; Problem-Based Learning Model.
