Biography of Speaker：
I-Lin Sin is an independent scholar based in Glasgow, UK. She has conducted research in the areas of social mobility, higher education and international migration. Central to her research is an interest in addressing issues of inequality, disadvantage and exclusion. She holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Edinburgh.
